1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, profile details, and event listings. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, device information, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Artinerary platform, personalize your experience, communicate with you about your account and events, and ensure platform safety.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication (Firebase Auth), hosting (Google Cloud), analytics, and artificial-intelligence processing (OpenRouter and Google Gemini — see Section 5). These services may collect or process data as described in their own privacy policies.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some Artinerary features — such as Ask Artinerary (conversational search), Plan Artinerary (itinerary generation), AI-assisted recommendations, and AI-assisted content tools for creators — are powered by a third-party AI service. When you use these features, the following data is sent to OpenRouter, Inc. (an AI gateway), which routes it to Google's Gemini models for processing:

• The search or chat text you type, along with your conversation on that screen;
• Preferences you select for itinerary planning, such as interest categories, dates, and search area;
• Content you submit when using AI-assisted creator tools, such as event details or images you upload for flyer extraction and tagging;
• Public catalog content (event, artist, and location listings) used to generate results.

Your name, email address, and account identifiers are not included in data sent to AI providers. In our mobile app, AI features run only after you review an in-app disclosure and agree; you can decline and continue using the app without AI features. We require that AI providers protect this data under their own privacy and data-protection terms, which provide protections equivalent to this policy — see the OpenRouter privacy policy and the Google privacy policy for details. 6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (including the AI providers described in Section 5), or when required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal information through your account settings. To request deletion of specific data without closing your account, visit our data deletion page.
