Artinerary

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Artinerary.

What is Artinerary?

Artinerary is a platform that connects artists, venues, and art lovers. Discover local events, explore artist profiles, and build your own creative Artinerary.

How do I get on Artinerary?

There are two ways to be part of Artinerary. Anyone can create a free account to browse events, follow artists, and plan an Artinerary. Articipants — the participating members of the creative community (artists, venues, and organizations) — can also publish a profile, portfolio, and events. To become an Articipant, complete the Artlink Articipation registration at artlinkphx.org/articipants — or read more on our Become an Articipant page.

How do I create an account?

Open the menu and choose "Create Account" (or visit artinerary.com/sign-up). You can register with your email address or sign in with Google or Apple. Once registered you can start exploring and planning right away.

How do I list my events?

After signing in, go to your Dashboard and click "Create Event." Fill in the details — title, dates, location, categories — and publish when you are ready. Your event will appear on the public events page and map.

What size should my images be?

Upload the largest version you have, up to 2048px on the longest side — anything bigger is resized down automatically. Aim for at least 1200px wide so images stay sharp on cards. JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF are accepted, up to 10MB each. Video files can’t be uploaded; add a YouTube, Vimeo, or MP4 link instead.
