Making the Print – Black & White Photography with Fred Ullrich This three-day film photography workshop will include a discussion of the basics of film photography, demonstrations, experience in the field photographing on Shemer’s ground and around Midtown Phoenix, a darkroom session at the instructor’s personal studio in Tempe, AZ, and a final review of fine art prints made during the session. Participating students will have the opportunity to photograph and create their own unique prints while learning more about what makes a fine art photograph. The workshop will have an emphasis on black and white techniques and film photography (sheet and roll film); students will be expected to bring their own film cameras and film.
