You're invited to the ninth annual Noche en Blanco, hosted by Hance Park Conservancy and Phoenix Parks & Recreation Department. Dress in your finest white costume cocktail attire and join us for an enchanting evening of live entertainment, delicious dining, and community camaraderie under the Phoenix night sky's blanket of stars on the lush east lawn of Hance Park.
