Mask Alive Art Collection Gallery Opening

Cultural Coalition is excited to announce the Official Opening of our new Mask Alive Art Collection Gallery! Join us on Friday, February 7th from 5 to 8 PM at the Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix for an exciting event that showcases the incredible artistry of Zarco Guerrero, a renowned artist, storyteller, and master sculptor. Here's what you can expect: >Over 200 captivating works of art: Explore a diverse collection of large-scale sculptures, puppets, masks, and more, crafted from bronze, wood, clay, and mixed media found objects. >Interact with Zarco Guerrero's apprentices: Learn about mask-making techniques through demonstrations, and enjoy captivating performances. >Free Kids' Activities: Children of all ages are welcome to participate in fun mask-making crafts. >Art for Purchase: Discover unique and one-of-a-kind artworks available for purchase. Gallery Hours: Beginning in February, the Gallery will be open to the public: Mondays & Wednesdays: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM First & Third Fridays of the Month: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM By Appointment Throughout the year, we'll be hosting exciting artist workshops and free community events at the gallery. Look for an announcement of beading and mask making workshops presented by Carmen and Zarco in February!
