Sarah Simmerman, an Arizona-based artist, uses her art to explore emotion and growth. Inspired by color's transformative power, she creates abstract works that cascade with vibrant hues that seek quiet under the waves of exuberance. Layering colors and texture, Sarah creates works that are both structured and free flowing, offering catharsis and a reflection of her own introspective journey. Originally from Northern Virginia, Sarah honed her artistic skills at the Savannah College of Art & Design, earning her BFA. Reid Woodward is an Arizona-based fine art photographer whose work explores the power, beauty, and nuance of the natural world. While he is widely recognized for dramatic storm and lightning imagery, his photography extends far beyond weather—encompassing expansive landscapes, subtle atmospheric moments, and scenes shaped by light and place across the American West and international locations. With more than three decades behind the camera, Reid is drawn to fleeting moments where timing, light, and environment converge. His approach is both patient and intuitive, balancing technical precision with a deep respect for nature. Whether capturing high-energy storms or quiet, contemplative landscapes, his work reflects a strong connection to the land and an appreciation for its ever-changing character. Reid’s photographs have been exhibited in galleries and juried exhibitions throughout Arizona and nationally, and have received international recognition in storm and landscape photography competitions. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and through his work invites viewers to slow down, engage more deeply with their surroundings, and rediscover a sense of awe within the natural world.

My name is Julia Letcher. I am a local photographer from Arizona. I’ve had the greatest opportunity of all to be able to photograph all over this beautiful State. From small scale insects to wide-open desert scapes. I enjoy bringing to light how amazing the world can be just by freezing it in time. Ever since I was a young child, I have had a strong interest in photography. One of my first cameras was a simple point-and-shot disposable from the grocery store. With such interest this led me to take every photography class available in High School. That quickly pushed me into Digital Photography and photo-editing. These studies continued into college where I attended Rio Salado College. After six grueling years of full-time school and working full-time. I earned my Associate in Arts in May of 2016 from Rio Salado College.
