Gallery Talk: Exactly Like You 12:30–12:45 p.m. Join curator Rich Walter for a closer look at highlights from MIM’s Jazz exhibit and nearby displays, including authentic instruments played by legendary swing musicians. Workshop: Swing Dance 1:15–2:00 p.m. Learn some popular swing dance moves with the Arizona Lindy Hop Society! Performance: The Sugar Thieves 2:15–2:45 p.m. Dance and sing along to rockabilly music from the award-winning band the Sugar Thieves. Film: Alive and Kicking 2:45–4:15 p.m. Get an in-depth look into the dancing world of swing music and see how its relevancy has lasted through the decades.
