Billie Jo Herberger presents Oscar at the Oscars 2024 Academy Awards Viewing Party

Valley Youth Theatre (VYT), a leading Phoenix-based nonprofit dedicated to nurturing young talent in the performing arts, is thrilled to announce its annual "Oscar at the Oscars" Academy Award Viewing Party. Taking place Sunday March 10, 2024 in Downtown Phoenix, this exclusive event promises an unforgettable night of red-carpet glamour, tasty bites, and a celebration of cinematic excellence, all while supporting the invaluable mission of Valley Youth Theatre. "Oscar at the Oscars" is a night of glitz, glamour and giving back as guests revel in the excitement of Hollywood's biggest night. Attendees will enjoy cocktails, compete for special awards in categories such as "Best Dressed," and relish the opportunity to stroll down the red carpet in glamorous attire. VYT will be broadcasting the 2024 awards telecast inside its theatre where Oscar® winner Emma Stone is up for two Academy Awards for her involvement in the critically acclaimed film, “Poor Things”. Stone, who been nominated for Best Actress and as Executive Producer," nominated for Best Picture, began her acting journey at Valley Youth Theatre at age 9... From 2000 to 2004, Stone was in several VYT productions including “A Winnie-The-Pooh Christmas Tail”, “The Little Mermaid” and “Titanic”. Presented by Valley philanthropist Billy Jo Herberger and hosted by the dynamic arts advocate Oscar De Las Salas, the festivities kick off with a red-carpet extravaganza at 4 p.m., followed by the awards viewing beginning at 5 p.m.
