Becoming- Solo Exhibition by Swapna Das

Eye Lounge, Phoenix, AZ, is pleased to announce its upcoming exhibition, "BECOMING”, Ceramics and Charcoal Exhibition by Swapna Das. The exhibition "BECOMING" reflects the concept that all things are in a continuous state of transformation. Swapna Das’s art embodies this theme, serving as a profound journey of self-discovery and evolution. Her work is a wellspring of inspiration, where her artistic sensibility harmonizes with her innermost self. Throughout her life, she has navigated numerous significant changes, which she has skillfully expressed and articulated through her artwork. In her current body of work, Das showcases a pivotal transition in her artistic career: the shift from two-dimensional charcoal drawings to three-dimensional ceramic sculptures. Swapna Das believes that both her internal and external worlds are in a constant state of flux, continually becoming something new. She is eager and excited to explore and share this ongoing transformation with the world. Das’s work will be on display from July 19th- August 11th, 2024. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
