Join me at the Gallery Open House at ASU Gammage on Monday, February 24th, at 6:30 pm. My work will be on display alongside other talented artists, and I'd love for you to come see it! This is a fantastic opportunity to: Meet the Artists: Chat with me and the other exhibiting artists about our work and inspiration. Explore the Art: Wander through the galleries and experience a diverse range of artistic styles and mediums. My work will be featured in the main lobby (right past the box office) and upstairs in the West Gallery. Gammage Season Announcement: Stay for the official unveiling of the 2025/2026 Gammage Season! Sarah Simmerman, an Arizona-based artist, uses her art to explore emotion and growth. Inspired by color's transformative power, she creates abstract works that cascade with vibrant hues that seek quiet under the waves of exuberance. Layering colors and texture, Sarah creates works that are both structured and free flowing, offering catharsis and a reflection of her own introspective journey. Originally from Northern Virginia, Sarah honed her artistic skills at the Savannah College of Art & Design, earning her BFA.
