Swapna Das

Swapna Das is a visual Artist (Painting/ Drawing/ Ceramics), currently living in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born and raised in New Delhi, India where she did her Bachelor of Fine Arts. After moving to the USA in 2011, she studied Master of Fine Arts at Arizona State University which offered her a new dimension in life. Post-graduation, She has been working as an adjunct faculty in Mesa Community College since 2016. She is also pursuing her art career by actively participating in various group exhibitions and also has held three solo exhibitions in Phoenix, Arizona. Her works have also been featured in museums and gallery exhibitions nationally and internationally, in New Delhi, India, Renmin University of China in Beijing and in Hudson, New York. She has showcased one of her large scale charcoal drawings in Arizona Biennial 2018 exhibition in Tuscon Museum of Art and History. She received a grant at the 6th Annual Art for Good Grant Project provided by the Carmody Foundation and presented by Sisao Gallery in 2022. Currently she is one of the collective member of Eye Lounge contemporary art space. She believes that her art encompasses the profound idea that spirituality and creativity are intertwined. She feels that her artworks have a uniqueness in showing that human life can be extremely delicate and full of intricacy and inconsistency.
Regan Henley

Regan Henley is an American multimedia artist from Phoenix, Arizona. She works in multiple art mediums including photo, video, interactive digital art, and sculpture. She has a Master of Fine Arts degree from Syracuse University in New York. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Intermedia Art at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. She has exhibited her work all over the United States as well as internationally in Germany and Canada. Her work has been featured in Average Arts Magazine, Null Set Magazine, The Daily Orange, and The Family Reviews. She has presented her work at the Museum of Science and Technology in central New York, The Shemer Art Center in Arizona, and Ontario College of Art University in Toronto. She was a 2018 artist-in-residence for the international Feminist Art Collective on Toronto Island, and a 2019 artist-in-residence at the Ayatana Mortem program in Ottawa, a research residency for artists studying issues of death and dying. In October of 2016 she debuted her first solo show C@tharsis, exploring the use of digital technologies as emotional aides in the mourning and grieving process. Her work investigates intersections of emotional intimacy and art as therapy in conjunction with new digital technologies and internet culture. Much of her current work centers around cultural perceptions of death and dying in the digital era, as well as evolving forms of grieving rituals perpetuated online and through new forms of media. She is a current member of the historic Roosevelt Row gallery Eye Lounge in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. She currently lives and works in the Arizona Phoenix-Metro area.
