This isn't just a paint party — it's a Halloween Glow-Up! 🖤🌈 Each guest will have their own blacklight flashlight to use during the party, so you can watch the neon and fluorescent accents come alive on your artwork. (Flashlights will be collected at the end of the party.) 👻 COME DRESSED TO GLOW! Wear your brightest, wildest, most glow-worthy outfit and bring your favorite glow-in-the-dark accessories! Glow sticks, neon, fluorescent, sparkles — the more fun, the better, we will be giving a prize to the person who embraced their glow the best! Let's turn this paint pour into a PARTY! 🎃🌈✨ We'll pour, paint, and GLOW together during the party! 🎨✨ We'll provide a snack while your artwork settles, and afterward, you're welcome to stick around on your own to enjoy dinner, drinks, pinball, and the rest of the fun at Throne Brewing. 🍺🎃 Bringing someone along to hang out while you paint? They can relax at the bar, grab a drink, or play some pinball while you create your masterpiece! 🍺 Your Pour Your Heart Out Party experience includes: 🎨 Your choice of: • An 10" Halloween-themed wooden shape • 8" x 8" x 1.5" gallery-wrapped canvas • 11" x 14" standard canvas 🍺 One bar drink from Throne Brewing included 🍟 A snack while your painting settles and begins to dry 🎨 All paints and supplies needed for your paint-pouring experience, and written finishing instructions for once it's dry 👩‍🎨 A live demonstration and guidance from award-winning artist Lynn Reynolds 🌈 PICK YOUR PIECE. MAKE IT GLOW! NEW TECHNIQUES: This time, I will be demonstrating how to do the "DIRTY POUR" and "Flip Cup" techniques , by layering your colors in a cup - and I’ll show you how to tear and shape paper towels to create different swipe effects and textures in your painting. It’s easy, fun, and you’ll be surprised by the effects you can create! You'll have a huge variety of accent colors available to personalize your painting and make it completely your own. And because this is a BLACKLIGHT GLOW PARTY, we'll have NEON AND FLUORESCENT PAINTS available specifically for your accent colors! These special colors come alive under blacklight and can add amazing pops of glow to your artwork. I'll demonstrate during the party exactly how to apply the neon and fluorescent colors to get the glowing effects we're looking for without letting them get lost in the other paints. No artistic experience is necessary — I'll show you how it works, and then you get to have fun being creative. 🎃 WOODEN SHAPES A variety of Halloween shapes will be available to choose from when you register. Special-request wooden shapes may be available for an additional cost, with enough lead time. Please contact me ASAP so I have time to check availability and, if possible, order it in time for the party. I'll confirm the additional cost with you before ordering. I must have enough time to have it shipped and for me to primer it before class. 🖤 THE PAINTING EXPERIENCE The painting portion of the party will take approximately one hour. I'll demonstrate the pouring process and show you how to work with the colors, including how to incorporate the neon and fluorescent accents into your design. Then it's your turn to pour, experiment, and watch your creation come to life! Once you've finished your painting, it will need some time to dry before you can safely take it home. Because the paint remains fluid while it settles, allowing it to dry helps prevent your design from shifting during transport. That's the perfect excuse to stick around and enjoy Throne Brewing! 🍺 Have another drink, play some pinball, visit with friends, enjoy the atmosphere, grab some dinner, and let your masterpiece dry. I've eaten dinner at Throne Brewing several times now, and the food is always amazing! If you're hungry, try their house pub burger — OMG! 😋 Once your painting is ready to safely transport, you'll be able to take your creation home along with finishing instructions so you'll know how to care for your artwork.
