I have been working in the visual arts for over 30 years. I specialize in abstract design using a multitude of various mediums - acrylic paint, oil pastel, and mixed media. My most recent collection of work incorporates upcycled CD album covers and liner notes in order to create vibrant art that flows through color and shape. "I have always been interested in exploring the movement, however subtle or jarring, created by the collision of particular colors and non-specific, or abstract, shapes. My work, while incorporating different mediums, explores the back and forth relationship between color and shape while they are each being individually constrained by a predetermined size and scope".
