I am a student of art that put art on a 50 year hiatus while raising a family and having a professional career as a commercial real estate appraiser. My interest continued as a member of Phoenix Art Museum Men’s Art Council in the 1980s and 90s. This group sponsored the Cowboy Artists annual show which sold millions of dollars over the years and raised money for PAM. Numerous artists including Howard Terpning, Ray Swanson, Frank McCarthy, and Joe Beeler (to mention only a few), were an inspiration and source of great memories.
