I am a fiber artist committed to hand processing natural materials. Through practice and research, I explore the meanings of materials, the depth of relationship to environment, and conceptions of time. Found objects including industrial wreckage, discard and debris or striking natural sticks and stones, are wrapped in fiber to soften the hardness of the world. I am committed to the feeling and sensory intelligence in human making, doing and being.
