Andrea Merican is a Scottsdale-based watercolor artist with a lifelong passion for color, light, and design. Trained in fine art at the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design in Denver, she creates vibrant, dynamic pieces inspired by everything from desert botanicals to coastal landscapes. Her work reflects a mastery of watercolor and a deep understanding of how color and movement bring a scene to life. Art is one chapter of Andrea’s story. She’s also a licensed real estate broker, business coach, and author—helping entrepreneurs and agents build businesses they love without the burnout. Drawing from her 18+ years in real estate and entrepreneurship, she brings the same creativity, focus, and dedication to her clients as she does to her paintings. Andrea and her husband live in the historic Old Town Scottsdale neighborhood and love to travel the world, gathering inspiration for both her art and her business ventures.
