I hold a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters in Elementary Education. Although I worked for years in both professions, in my free time over the last 20 years I began creating my own necklaces and bracelets incorporating beads and treasures I inherited from my mom’s folkart store and other trinkets I have collected. Each piece is unique. Additionally for the last 5 years I have been creating pencil drawings, oil paintings and now acrylic painting as well, basing many of my themes on pets, animals, the scenery I love and sometimes my old family photos. I have been asked to create pieces for friends and family, and given many jewelry and art pieces to them, but to date have not sold any pieces- I am ready now to part with my work and hope to display it in shows or events!
