About

Multifaceted artist specializing in portraiture, landscape, and abstraction. I use a wide variety of materials, including charcoal, graphite, sumi ink, oil paint, and watercolor. My portraiture seeks to capture the intricacies of what makes a being, whether it be a human or animal, what it is. I strive to not just depict, but look into the psyche of said beings. My abstract works strive to inspire thought in viewers, using vibrant colors and gestural marks to create a space that is earnestly interpretive. I hope for viewers to create their own narratives when viewing my work, and perhaps to reflect on their own in the process.
