Born and raised in Southern California during the transformative 1960s, Kathy Taylor was deeply influenced by the era's spirit of change and its bohemian lifestyle. These formative years sparked her lifelong artistic journey, rooted in intuition and emotional expression. A multidisciplinary artist, Kathy creates from instinct rather than intellect, allowing her work to emerge organically. Central to her artistic vision is the horse—an enduring symbol of freedom, spirit, and transformation. Her pieces often transcend the tangible, offering glimpses into otherworldly realms that blur the lines between the physical and the ethereal. In addition to her studio practice, Kathy has been passionately mentoring artists for over 15 years through her "Creative Development" courses.
